US’s Elevage Flight Travel adds first Gulfstream G200

Elevage Flight Travel has expanded its Part 135-certified fleet with the addition of its first G200, as revealed by ch-aviation research. The Gulfstream Aerospace jet was previously operated by Sawyer Aviation (SJA, Scottsdale), which saw its certificate suspended earlier this year.

G200 N159JH (msn 159) was integrated into Elevage Flight Travel’s Part 135 fleet in October 2024. Registered in the United States since 2014, it completed its final flight under the ‘SJA’ code on July 8, 2024, travelling between Scottsdale and Hayden. At 17.7 years old, the aircraft was originally delivered to Greece’s GainJet Aviation (GNJ, Athens), where it operated for two years before being registered in the Isle of Man for five years.

With this addition, Elevage’s certificate now comprises five aircraft, including one G200, one Learjet 60XR, one Premier I, one Premier IA – also previously operated by Sawyer Aviation – and one Cirrus Aircraft SR-22T. The operator offers private jet charter services, aircraft management, and access to empty leg flights.

FAA data indicates that, despite being listed as an operator, Sawyer Aviation currently has no aircraft certified under Part 135 regulations following the suspension of its certificate in April 2024, when investigations revealed it was understaffed. Sawyer Aviation continues to promote its private jet charter services, aircraft management, and sales and acquisitions of private aircraft on its website.
