Fun-filled weekend ahead: Boise Fashion Week, Great Homes Tour, mummies, and pickleball

Starting with the Boise Fashion Week Fundraiser Gala. The event supports Boise Fashion Week and features some local designers The event is Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and runs until 10:30 p.m.

The Great Homes Tour is happening all weekend. This free event allows you to peruse new homes throughout the Treasure Valley while also enjoying a community block party.

The Discovery Center of Idaho is having its grand opening for ” Mummies of the World” on Saturday starting at 10 a.m. you can explore one of the largest collections of real mummies and other related artifacts that has been assembled, the exhibit includes mummies from South America, Europe, and Ancient Egypt.

If you need a date night idea Mettle Sports Nampa is hosting a pickleball date night on Saturday that runs from 6 to 8 p.m. and equipment is provided.

The Boise Social Trail Runners are hosting a women’s morning hike on Sunday the 2.5-mile hie on the Ridgecrest trail goes from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
