SpringHill, Fulwell 73 in talks to merge

The SpringHill Company, the production company owned by Lakers F LeBron James and Maverick Carter, and Fulwell 73 “have been in talks to merge for a few months,” according to a source. If the deal happens, it “would give the combined company enhanced scale in unscripted programming and in sports, where both companies are active players.” Fulwell 73, a production company founded by producers Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, Ben Turner and Gabe Turner, is a “live programming specialist,” while SpringHill has been behind shows like “The Playbook” for Netflix and “The Crossover” for Disney+ (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 11/5).
