Bill Mares - a decorated Vietnam War Veteran, life-member of www.VFW1123.org, and retired Vallejo businessman - recently donated 22 framed pictures of Mare Island-built ships to the Vallejo Veterans Memorial Building. The beautiful pictures will soon be displayed for the public to appreciate at 420 Admiral Callaghan Lane.
