See memorabilia, vintage vehicles, weapons and uniforms from those years and salute the veterans who served. One of the loveliest Denver holiday traditions is on Sunday, the 36th Annual Champagne Cascade at the history-filled Brown Palace Hotel. In the spectacular atrium watch as a swordsman severs the bottlenecks of Moet and pours champagne into the top glass of the two-story, 5,200-glass pyramid. Down and down the champagne goes, glass by glass in a dazzling photographic display. A 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. benefit for Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation, tickets are $45, $25 for children under 12.
