Alpine Skiing FIS World Cup 2024/25: How to watch Mikaela Shiffrin live in Levi, Finland
Mikaela Shiffrin is back in action this weekend (16 November) in Levi, Finland where she will tackle her first slalom race of the 2024/25 Alpine skiing FIS World Cup season.
The U.S. superstar skier opened this year’s campaign with a fifth-place finish in Sölden’s giant slalom, but that will be firmly at the back of the 29-year-old’s mind heading into Levi.
A victory in Lapland would keep alive the possibility of Shiffrin reaching her next milestone of 100 World Cup victories in front of a home crowd in Killington, Vermont, which would undoubtedly be a dream scenario for the Colorado native. And if her record in Finland is anything to go by, the double Olympic champion has every reason to be optimistic.
Shiffrin has won seven out of her 15 previous races in Finland, and come in second four times.
Can the two-time Olympic champion make it eight wins and eight reindeer? Find out how you can tune in to follow Shiffrin this Saturday in Levi, live.
