Local boil advisories: Broadway South Shopping Plaza affected

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The City of Toledo issued two boil advisories in the area, saying that both advisories are not due to evidence of contamination, but as a precautionary measure.

According to officials, the Broadway South Shopping Plaza that was affected by the advisory has been given additional recommended water boil advisories for their food service and retail operations.

The boil advisory affects 7 of the buildings located in the plaza, ranging from fast food locations to laundromats. Officials say that the boil advisory is set to end on Monday, April 29 at 5 p.m.

The Plaza’s following buildings are affected by the advisory:

• Taco Bell
• Rice King
• Subway
• All Wash Laundromat
• Family Dollar
• O’Reilly Auto Parts
• Rent-A-Center
