7PM TODAY: GARRAS Fashion Show Fundraiser – WEHOonline.com

The TransLatin@ Coalition will host its annual GARRAS (Groundbreaking Activism Redirecting & Reforming All Systems) Fashion Show fundraiser on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Pacific Design Center, located at 8687 Melrose Ave.

The event celebrates the trans, gender nonconforming, and intersex (TGI) community and their allies, showcasing them as high-fashion models, designers, and stylists. Proceeds from the event will benefit the TransLatin@ Coalition, a nonprofit organization advocating for the specific needs of the Trans Latin@ community in the United States.

The fashion show, co-sponsored by the city of West Hollywood, underscores the importance of visibility and empowerment for the TGI community while fostering inclusivity within the fashion industry.
