Superset Launches Workspace for Fitness Professionals

The platform’s latest feature emphasizes collaboration among coaches, managers, and personal trainers to better manage clients and their progress

Superset, a platform geared for the fitness industry and its coaches and trainers, has launched Superset Teams, a new feature to give gyms, sports facilities, and health clinics a unified method to manage client programming and progress.

With Superset Teams, facilities can add multiple coaches to a single account, enabling them to collaborate seamlessly on building, editing, and updating workout programs in one centralized location.

The NYC-based company has released a video breaking down the new Superset Teams here.

“Gyms post-COVID are becoming software-enabled powerhouses as programming becomes digital and collaborative,” co-founder and CEO Taylor Pemberton said. “Superset is creating a world where gym managers, personal trainers, and athletes benefit from one centralized system of record. Coaches and clients can expect a lot more in 2025 than 2018 or 2019.”

The new feature follows its debut of Freeform Workouts last month, a spreadsheet-style interface for online fitness entrepreneurs to create and manage workouts like WODs, AMRAPs, EMOM, or custom plans. The program also makes it easy to manage payments and check-ins.
