Siloam Springs woman says gambling addiction led her to steal | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

BENTONVILLE – A Siloam Springs woman was sentenced to 120 days in jail and placed on probation for 20 years after admitting to stealing more than $50,000 from her employer.

Bridgett Pack, 44, pleaded guilty Thursday to theft of property.

Pack was arrested in July.

Siloam Springs police started investigating after receiving a report Pack was stealing daily deposits from Jimmy John’s, according to a probable cause affidavit. Pack was an employee with the Siloam Springs restaurant, according to the affidavit.

Brian Potthoff, who works for the restaurant’s corporate office in Illinois, reported Pack was stealing daily deposits for a long time and the total amount stolen was $53,444, according to the affidavit.

Danial Flores, an area manager for Jimmy John’s, asked Pack to get him her past deposit envelopes and she became upset, according to the affidavit.
