TSA and airline agencies preparing for one of busiest Thanksgiving travel times  

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) – Thanksgiving is one of the busiest travel days in the country.

And this year, it will be even busier than normal, according to the airlines and the TSA. Those agencies are anticipating a record 18-million-plus passengers will fly between Tuesday and Monday.

“This whole year we have seen an increase in passengers and we anticipate this Thanksgiving season we are going to see more passengers as well,’ said Matthew Remynse, marketing and operations manager for the airport.

He says 200 more seats are available per day this year than last.
