Jimmy Fallon made his 10th appearance at Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade but his fans did not understand whether it was Thanksgiving or Drinksgiving for the comedian and he chose to wear all black outfit, covered his eyes with shades and carried a transparent umbrella. Yes, he was wearing a sunglass amid rain in New York City.
Jimmy Fallon joined Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb and AI Roker in hosting the parade, but his fashion choice remained a puzzle. “Sunglasses in the rain is the most Jimmy Fallon that Jimmy can Fallon,” one user wrote. For sports fans, the New York Liberty brought their mascot, Ellie the Elephant.
The parade was chaotic because of the rain and also the terror threat though the parade went off well with no major incidents. Pro-Palestine protesters who blocked the parade route were arrested swiftly by the NYPD.
