What has been your secret for repeatedly winning this award for great customer service?
“We are proud to be a gathering space for our community and that pride is reflected in our staff,” Development/Engagement Manager Sean Volk said. “Each person who works here genuinely cares about our patrons, our programming and our historic facility. Our staff makes our audiences feel welcome and seen.”
How do you get buy-in from staff on the importance of customer service?
“Many of the people who work at the Fargo Theatre first came here as audience members, so they know how special it can feel to see a movie or a live show here,” Volk said. “They bring their passion and energy to each interaction because they love the theater.”
