TNF open thread: Packers-Lions gambling lines and picks for tonight’s game
An argument could be made that tonight’s Thursday Night Football matchup between the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions is the biggest one of the season.
The Packers enter the contest at 9-3 and two games behind the 11-1 Lions for the NFC North lead. With only five weeks left in the regular season, the winner will be taking a massive step toward winning the division crown and securing a home playoff game.
This is your place to discuss the game with other Las Vegas Raiders fans and any gambling picks you have as the lines below are provided by FanDuel Sportsbook.

While Detroit has looked like the NFL’s best team over the last two months, the injury bug has made its way to the Motor City and the Lions will be down several key players. Also, they’re coming off a shaky performance on Thanksgiving where the Bears nearly pulled off a second-half comeback had it not been for Matt Eberflus’ incompetence.
Meanwhile, Green Bay is one of the hottest teams in the league with seven wins in their last eight games, including three in a row, and a 68-27 combined score over the last two weeks. So, I’ll put my money on the upset tonight.
As for the injury report, the Lions have ruled offensive tackle Tayler Decker (knee), defensive tackle Levi Onwuzurike (hamstring), and defensive linemen Joshua Paschal (knee) and D.J. Reader (shoulder) out. The Packers will be without cornerback Jaire Alexander (knee), cornerback Corey Ballentine (knee), linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (hamstring) and wide receiver Romeo Doubs (concussion).
