Romano opted to receive a one-time lump sum payment totaling $416,640, after required withholdings, according to officials.

As of this writing, one top prize remains in this scratch-off game.

Players may check the status of any New York Lottery scratch-off game by downloading the Game Report at nylottery.ny.gov.
