One Of The World’s Top Food and Drink Festivals Announces 2025 Headliners

Pebble Beach Food & Wine is set to return to the storied shores of Monterey Peninsula from April 10-13, 2025. Originally launched in 2008, the festival has swelled into a veritable rite of spring, featuring dozens of world-class chefs, hundreds of wine and spirits producers and four days worth of signature tastings and dining events.

Tickets for the annual extravaganza go on sale to the public on December 18th. In preparation for that, the organizers have just revealed the full lineup of celebrated tastemakers in attendance. It’s pretty much Coachella for the culinary arts and we’re among the first to hear what they’ll be rocking this go-round. Here are but a few of the marquee names:

  • Alice Waters of Chez Panisse
  • Nancy Silverton of Mozza
  • Nyesha Arrington of Native By Nyesha
  • Esther Choi of Mŏkbar
  • Jonathan Waxman of Barbuto

In addition to iconic dishes prepared by the legends above, attendees will also get to rub elbows with industry celebrities including Giada De Laurentiis, Elizabeth Falkner, Maneet Chauhan, Richard Blais, and Mawa McQueen. Each of them will be on-site, presenting pairings and seminars throughout the extended weekend.

On the drinks side, expect a constant parade bubbly by the glass from Krug Champagne as well as Bollinger—both title sponsors. Joining that juice will be classic pours from Tignanello by Antinori, DeLille Cellars and Abacus by ZD Wines. Spirits enthusiasts can look forward to exclusive pours from Last Drop, a top shelf portfolio of whiskies, rums, and brandies brought to you by the same folks responsible for Pappy Van Winkle and the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection.

But the unforgettable food and drink actually plays only a part in the overall allure of the event. Pebble Beach Food & Wine doubles as a consummate networking landscape, bringing in some of the Bay Area’s best and brightest for scenic golf outings during the day and cocktails around fire-pits by night. No surprises there; the shindig does go down at The Inn at Spanish Bay, commonly regarded as one of the top 18-hole courses on earth.

Access to something this extravagant comes at a premium, of course. But those that purchase tickets and all-inclusive packages during the pre-sale period next week enjoy 25% discounts. The festival is positioning it as an ideal holiday gift for the gourmands in your life.

If you nab basic entry to the outsized Tasting Pavilion during that time period it’ll set you back $395. On the opposite end of the pricing spectrum, the vaunted Diamond Package includes luxury accommodations for two at the resort along with access to all VIP events for a cool $15,000.

Among those VIP events is an Opening Night Reception with the James Beard Foundation, hosted by Nancy Silverton; Burgers and Barrels Happy Hour hosted by Billy Durney; A BBQ Walk-Around Experience hosted by Chris Lilly, and the Pacific Feast hosted by Chris Shepherd.

A full rundown of the tiered ticketing can be found at the Pebble Beach Food & Wine website. Once the pre-sale goes live on December 18th, those discounted prices will be on offer throughout the duration of the holiday season. But whichever level of entry you may opt for, the organizers are promising access to 150 prominent producers of wine and spirit and over 125 celebrated chefs. In other words: come thirsty and bring a sturdy appetite.
