BODYROK is one of several tenants announced to be joining Medley, an upcoming 43-acre mixed-use development in Johns Creek.

BODYROK offers pilates-inspired exercise in the form of 45-minute full-body strength-building workouts. The classes use a custom reformer machine to help boost metabolism, sculpt the body and improve energy levels.

This will be the second BODYROK location from franchisee Anne Brandenburg, who also operates the studio at Southern Post in Roswell

BODYROK began in California in 2012. There are now more than 50 studios across the U.S.

The fitness franchise is one of several tenants recently announced for Medley. Rena’s Italian Fishery & Grill, High Country Outfitters, Sephora and Petfolk are also expected to open at the development, joining a wide lineup of previously announced restaurant and retail tenants, including CRÚ Food & Wine Bar, Summit Coffee, Lily Sushi Bar, Knuckies Hoagies, 26 Thai Kitchen and Bar, Five Daughters Bakery and many more.

The project is almost 75 percent leased, according to the most recent announcement. Medley is expected to break ground in January 2025, with a grand opening planned for late 2026. A 350,000-square-foot office building at the site has already been razed to prepare the site for construction.

In total, Medley is slated to include 150,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space; a 175-key boutique hotel; 110,000 square feet of lifestyle office space; 750 multifamily residences; 133 townhomes; and a 25,000-square-foot plaza.

Toro Development Company, the team behind the development, recently announced it secured financing for the project.

“With Medley, we are not building buildings, we are building a community,” TDC’s Chief Vision Officer Mark Toro said in a statement. “To do it right, we know every detail matters, and we are hand selecting retail experiences that create a highly energized destination for Johns Creek.”
