Walmart Announces Shopping, Shipping Cutoffs For Holiday Season – RetailWire

As the holiday season fast approaches, Walmart has announced its shopping and shipping cutoffs.

A press release reports that newly extended shipping cutoff dates give customers an extra 48 hours to shop for gifts for delivery. Walmart continues to offer its customers flexible and convenient shipping, delivery, and pickup options throughout the busy holiday season, no matter their schedule.

Customers who order by 12:30 p.m. local time on Dec. 23 can have their items delivered by Dec. 25. This allows last-minute shoppers two more days to purchase gifts with newly extended cutoff times for next-day or two-day shipping.

A second option allows for orders by 4 p.m. local time on Dec. 24 for Express Delivery. These deliveries can be made in as little as 30 minutes after ordering. Walmart+ members are eligible for one free Express Delivery through Dec. 31.

Finally, for those who push their shopping to the very last minute, orders by 12 p.m. local time on Dec. 24 are eligible for in-store same-day pickup and delivery. Walmart’s online pickup and delivery services allow customers to choose options that work best for their schedule. Items can be picked up curbside with expanded timeslots and more convenient options for pickup and delivery.
