Bella Hadid Effortlessly Trades Cowgirl-Chic For Festive Fashion In New York City
Over the weekend, Bella Hadid temporarily put aside her adopted Western aesthetic to embrace a more festive look. Spotted on the streets of New York’s NoMad neighbourhood to promote her Orebella fragrance pop-up, Hadid provided some impromptu style inspiration with a look that tackles classic festive dressing with contemporary comfort.
It begins with a traffic-stopping two-toned red cardigan buttoned up to accentuate a flattering sweetheart neckline. While the retro knit itself boasted a 50s flair, she seamlessly mixed up eras with a pair of 90s- high-waisted, straight-leg blue jeans dressed up with some elevated accoutrements like 00s-style glasses and statement gold earrings that were straight out of the 80s.
For outerwear, she embraced the allure of a luxurious winter-white wool coat draped effortlessly over her shoulders, tying the outfit with a seasonal sensibility. To glam up the look, Hadid opted for red strappy heels and Saint Laurent‘s Sac De Jour croc-effect tote bag, which she customised with a scarf tied to its handle.
Hadid styled her hair sleek and straight and kept her makeup simple with a bronzed complexion and glossy peach lips.
