Talent management firm and production company SMAC Entertainment has signed U.S. Women’s Soccer National Team head coach Emma Hayes.

The gold medal-winning soccer manager will partner with SMAC to amplify her presence through sports and entertainment media opportunities, strategic brand endorsements, production projects and additional business ventures. Led by co-founder Constance Schwartz-Morini with Talent Manager Jasmine “Mooch” Sina representing Hayes, SMAC is well-positioned to elevate Hayes to new heights through their innovative approach to brand and talent management.

“Emma is a legend in women’s soccer and beyond,” says SMAC CEO and co-founder Schwartz-Morini. “Her impact both on and off the pitch has been extraordinary, and SMAC is excited to collaborate with her to expand her influence across media, branding, and new ventures.”

One of the most respected managers in the global game, Hayes built a career managing Chelsea Football Club’s women’s team, where she won an unprecedented 16 trophies. She cemented her legacy in the United States by leading the U.S. Women’s National Team to Olympic gold just 81 days after naming her first squad. Hayes has already received global recognition for her work, including the 2024 Ballon d’Or Women’s Soccer Coach of the Year.

During her career, Hayes has championed greater financial parity, better medical treatment and improved infrastructure for women’s football. She is also a vocal advocate for women’s health and serves as part of the Nike Athlete Think Tank, where she pushes for innovation and equity in sport.

Hayes was awarded an OBE in 2020 by the late Queen Elizabeth II for services to Association Football. In addition to being the most decorated women’s football manager in history, she is an author, broadcaster and trailblazer for women in sports.

“I’m excited to partner with SMAC Entertainment,” Hayes said. “They understand my vision for growing the reach of women’s football and creating meaningful opportunities beyond the pitch. I can’t wait to explore what’s next with them.”

Hayes joins SMAC Entertainment’s highly acclaimed roster of sports and media personalities, including Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders, Michael Strahan, Stefon Diggs, DK Metcalf, Shedeur Sanders, Travis Hunter, Common, Erin Andrews and more.
