Henderson police search for robber who shot business owner
HENDERSON, Texas (KLTV) – Henderson police are searching for a man who reportedly shot a business owner during a robbery Friday.
According to a Monday release, officers responded to Rosita’s Conexion Latina in the 1500 block of West Main Street after shots fired were reported on Friday. They said the owner of the business had been injured by the shots, and the shooter had fled on foot. On Wednesday, the department released a composite sketch of the person of interest based on witness descriptions.
The image, made by a Texas DPS sketch artist, depicts a Hispanic man in a green full-brim hat, dark clothes and a camo bandana obstructing his face. The release said he was wearing dark gloves and construction boots as well.
