The $4.7 million improvement was funded by the California Department of Transportation Clean CA Local Grant Cycle 1, which will also provide $352,000 in Cycle 2 funds to transform downtown’s high visibility areas. Hannigan, center, also thanked her two District 1 staff, Josette Lacey, left, and Michael Wilson, right, for their 10 years and 12 years, respectively, of outstanding public service to Solano County. Guests also donated much-needed gifts for Watch Me Grow, Inc. to distribute to local children.
