Union County officers searching for suspect in robbery of local business
UNION COUNTY, Ark. (KNOE) – The Union County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect in the alleged robbery of the Dixie Mart in Parkers Chapel on May 5 around 8:50 p.m.
UCSO says the suspect is described as a white male with jeans and a gray, hooded sweatshirt. The suspect wore a mask that possibly had stars on it. The suspect’s jeans were noted to have a large rip in the back.
A witness told UCSO the suspect interacted with people in vehicles before entering the store. The suspect seemingly went north from the store, crossing in front of a church before turning east into a neighborhood, according to witnesses.
