Point Place Business Association hosting 33rd Point Place & Shoreland Parade

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Point Place Business Association will be hosting the 33rd Point Place & Shoreland Parade Saturday starting at noon.

The parade will start at Summit and 108th Street Saturday at noon. The parade will travel down Summit to 131st before ending at Friendship Park.

Classic cars from the Carp Town Cruisers will lead the parade. The parade will also feature bands, local celebrities, floats, community groups, Toledo mascots and a flyover from Mercy Health Life Flight.

Following the parade, free hot dogs, chips and beverages will be available at Friendship Park Community Center. The food and drinks will be given on a first-come first-serve basis.

A classic car show will be held in the park from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. There will also be a 50/50 raggle.

For children, there will be a bounce house at the park.
