What did Kris Jenner say about her age difference with boyfriend Corey Gamble?

The matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family, Kris Jenner, discussed her relationship with 43-year-old talent manager Corey Gamble on Thursday’s episode of the reality series “The Kardashians”, which is streamed on Hulu.

Jenner, who was first linked with Gamble back in 2014, admitted she was initially hesitant about the age difference. Prior to beginning her relationship with Gamble, Kris was married to Caitlyn Jenner for over 20 years.

‘Age is just a number — a very big number, but still a number!’

“I used to ask Corey all the time when we first started dating, ‘Why do you want to date someone older than you?’” Kris Jenner recalled before adding that she “didn’t understand the age gap, but [Gamble] taught me that age is just a number — a very big number, but still a number!”

“Listen, I can’t explain chemistry or why people fall in love”, she added, “but it’s been an amazing almost 10 years, and we have a great time together.”

Kris told PEOPLE in 2021 that “Corey is super. He’s an amazing guy. He’s really supportive and he’s really dialled into a lot of the different things.

“He’s very knowledgeable about a lot of the things that I work on, and he really helps me in trying to think through some of the decisions I make. He’s such a great person to bounce things off of. I really love his point of view on things.”

Kim Kardashian has also mentioned the age gap between Jenner and the talent manager in the series, commenting in the nearly decade-old episode that “my mom has been out of the dating game for decades, so I want her to have fun again and to meet someone. But I just hope that she really thinks things through and doesn’t just rush into anything.”

According to PEOPLE magazine, the two met at an Ibiza birthday party for fashion designer Riccardo Tisci. While Jenner was in the middle of divorce proceedings, Gamble was working as the tour manager for Justin Bieber; in 2023, Corey was reportedly working as a talent manager for SB Projects, the entertainment company owned by media exec Scooter Braun, which represents Justin Bieber and Kanye West. It was during Season 10 of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” when Gamble officially joined the cast.
