Step into a world of glass at this Gem of Tampa Bay

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA)- It’s like you are stepping into a world of glass when you visit this St. Pete gem.

Imagine Museum opened up in 2018 and now has 21 galleries available to tour with about 500 pieces on display.

“People just have this creativity to make glass into so many textures [and] shapes,” Imagine Museum Events Coordinator Stephanie Agudelo said.

The two-floor museum is full of contemporary art made by artists from all around the world.

“I think I fall in love each day with a different piece,” Agudelo said.

Visitors can expect to see different textures and themes while walking through the exhibit spaces.

Imagine Museum is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tickets are $15 for adults and free for children 6 years old or younger.

After 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, admission is $5.
