Advice on shopping online and what you look for

Hi all, looking for some advice on what people look for when shopping online. I’m selling shelving/racking online, the type you would use in a garage, workshop, shed etc..

If shopping for this. Once you find the size you need, do you then just look at price, or look more in detail at the spec of the product?

I can source/sell lower quality units that look exactly the same as better quality ones but for a lower price. Or better more expensive units, but no visual difference on the main product picture. You would only know the more expensive ones are better quality by reading the spec. Just looking for people’s personal shopping opinions on this. Thanks

Also if you were looking for this type of product, would you start with Google/Suppliers main website, or Amazon/eBay?
