In a recent conversation, Virat Kohli‘s nutritionist, Ryan Fernando, revealed that during the Covid-19 pandemic, Virat reached out to create a diet plan for Anushka while she was pregnant with their daughter, Vamika.Ryan explained that Virat, who follows a vegetarian diet, wanted to enhance his nutrition and sought guidance for Anushka’s trimester-specific meal plans. They successfully collaborated on her nutrition during this time.
In their discussion, Yasmin, who trained Alia Bhatt during her pregnancy with Raha, explained the need for customizing workouts for each trimester. She noted that Alia was enthusiastic about staying active and wanted varied, engaging routines to keep her focused, avoiding lengthy repetitions that could lose her interest.The Pilates trainer also discussed how actresses often feel pressured about their appearance due to trolling and external expectations.
She recalled Katrina Kaif‘s determination to look flawless for her dance number Chikni Chameli, humorously mentioning that Katrina jokingly “threatened” her, saying that if anything jiggled during her performance, she’d go on national TV to blame her instructor. To help Katrina achieve her desired look, Yasmin developed a customized plan. She also noted that actors frequently face trolling related to their appearances. Chikni Chameli, from Agneepath and featuring Hrithik Roshan, has since become a fan favorite.
