All Of Sony’s PlayStation 5 Models, Including The ‘Pro’ Version, Are Discounted By Up To 25 Percent For Amazon Black Friday 2024

The launch of the PlayStation 5 Pro officially means that Sony has not two but three current-generation consoles added to its lineup, and if you have yet to upgrade and try out some of the best exclusive games on the planet, trust us, you are missing out on a great experience and terrific savings, because Amazon Black Friday 2024 has discounted these machines by up to 25 percent. Starting with the regular version, which is the Digital Edition, this PlayStation 5 can be yours for $374 after a 25 percent price cut, and you get a free copy of NBA 2K25.

While the first model offers the best value, Amazon also has the PlayStation 5 Slim listed for $424 after a 15 percent price cut, with the major difference being that this particular version requires physical discs to play games. Given that most console owners typically exchange copies with each other, they will likely opt for this variant. However, if they want the absolute best with what Sony has come up with before it unveils the PS6 with AMD’s new UDNA Radeon architecture, there is no better option than the PlayStation 5 Pro right now.

Housing a more capable GPU and 2GB of additional DDR5 RAM, the PlayStation 5 Pro is the most expensive console from Sony, with a listing price of $699. However, the plus side is that it can handle Unreal Engine 5 better than the base model and comes with a multitude of performance improvements, including supporting Sony’s own implementation of upscaling called PSSR, which is said to be better than AMD’s FSR.

It is obvious that those demanding the absolute best in visual fidelity and framerate will choose the PlayStation 5 Pro, but there will also be those who demand an exceptional deal, which is offered by the remaining two models.
