Celebrity Coaches, which is backed by Allied Industrial Partners, has acquired Moonstruck Leasing, a Nashville-based entertainment coach leasing company. No financial terms were disclosed.
Celebrity is a provider of transportation and logistics for the live events and entertainment sector.
Allied Industrial Partners made an investment in Celebrity earlier this year.
