At six feet in length and four wide, the Gorilla Mat is large enough for two people to stretch side-by-side on at once. This is extremely beneficial when you’re sharing your workout space or doing partner exercises. “This is really nice, but I got it in part to prevent sliding on carpet for working out, but it still does, unfortunately. I still have to move it back when it slides over. I really like the mat overall, however,” said one reviewer.

“It moved while doing my boot camp and also an hour vinyasa. Definitely too slippery when you get sweaty so you have to use your yoga mat on top of it,” reported another.
