In time for the holiday season, Amazon is bringing back its $25 flights for young adults looking to save money on travel.

Amazon and StudentUniverse, a travel company that offers discounts to young adults and students, are partnering for a second year to offer $25 flights during the holidays. The companies are offering 5,000 flights to eligible young adults between 18-24 years old.

The airfare deal aims to provide affordable travel to young adults during an already expensive time of the year for most. About two-thirds of Gen Z and millennials expected to take on debt during the 2023 holiday season, with one-third of Gen Zers not able to afford traveling home for the holidays because of accruing expenses like student loan payments, according to a CreditKarma survey.

Who is eligible for Amazon’s $25 flights?

Members of Amazon for Young Adults are eligible for the $25 flight deal. Amazon for Young Adults, formerly Amazon Prime Student, is a discounted membership available to students and young adults who are 18-24 years old. A membership is $7.49 per month, compared to the traditional membership that is $14.99 per month.

The $25 flight deal is available for redemption Dec. 9 at 1 p.m. EST through Saturday, Dec. 14 at 2 a.m. EST.
