Andy Cohen ‘Really Impressed’ by Lisa Rinna’s Fashion Industry Success
Not everyone has a graceful exit from the Real Housewives. Whether they were fired or “put on pause,” life after Bravo isn’t easy. However, Andy Cohen recently gave props to Lisa Rinna for her successful pivot after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Now that Rinna is no longer terrorizing her castmates on RHOBH, she has shifted her focus to the fashion industry. A quick scroll through her Instagram page shows tons of high-fashion collabs. She has fully pivoted into being a fashion icon, and most recently, she did a stunning campaign for Marc Jacobs. With all of that in mind, Andy said he felt “gagged” at how Rinna struck gold in her career after Bravo.
A post-Housewives reannassaince
Andy gave Lisa her props during a recent episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. After Lisa’s RHOBH exit, Andy said he expected her to pivot into something like a cohost role on The Talk, or perhaps a return to scripted television. Never in a million years did he imagine Lisa would have a sudden shift into high-fashion modeling.
Andy quipped, “I did not have it on my bingo card that Lisa Rinna would become, not only a model, but she is walking in couture campaigns in Paris.”
He continued, “She has become a real player in the fashion industry, and I am really impressed. I’ve got to give it up to her.”
In addition to Lisa’s pivot into fashion, she has also been working on scripted projects. Her next project is a Lifetime movie called Mommy Meanest. She’ll star alongside her daughter, Delilah Hamlin. It’s safe to say she’s booked and busy. So, a return to RHOBH isn’t in the cards.
“Never. No, I wouldn’t,” she revealed in a recent interview. “But listen, I’m grateful for the experience. I think that it has made me a better actor because I’m acting again.”
