Anitta, Rosalía, Bad Bunny & More Latin Artists Taking Over 2024 Fashion Weeks: Photos
Fashion Week is taking over France, and so is a wave of Latin artists.
Paris Fashion Week — running from Sept. 23 to Oct. 1 — is hosting its annual event where a number of designer brands are presenting Womenswear Spring/Summer 2025 collections. Music stars have been spotted all over during the coveted week, either sitting front row of a fashion show or strutting the red carpet.
Belinda, Anitta and Camila Cabello, for example, fiercely walked the L’Oreal Paris Fashion Week show on Sept. 23, along with supermodels and actresses such as Heidi Klum, Jane Fonda, Eva Longoria and Viola Davis. Belinda even had a viral moment when she suffered a fall mid-runway and gracefully recovered thanks to Anitta, who helped her get up from the floor. “It doesn’t matter how many times you fall, what matters is how many times you get up. Thank you, Anitta,” the Mexican pop star expressed on her Instagram following the incident.
Thalía was also invited to Paris Fashion Week to check out the future Dior collection, and is documenting her French experience on social media. “I feel at home here,” she expressed in an Instagram post. “Fashion has always been a very special element in my artistic career; just like music, expressing myself through the way I dress is very important to me.”
To further demonstrate that fashion and music, indeed, go hand-in-hand, Billboard curated a photo gallery with Latin artists who have taken over different fashion weeks this year, including Blessd at Milan Fashion Week, where he also debuted on the catwalk.
Both Belinda and Thalia are confirmed for the 2024 Billboard Latin Music Week returning to Miami Beach on Oct. 14-18, with confirmed superstars including J Balvin, Gloria Estefan, Alejandro Sanz and Peso Pluma, among many others. For tickets and more details, visit Billboardlatinmusicweek.com.
