Annual Las Vegas Kids Multicultural Fashion Festival to showcase diversity

Children across the valley are hitting the runway for the 3rd annual Las Vegas Kids Multicultural Fashion Festival.

The Kids Multicultural World Organization (KMWO) is making its return to celebrate the diversity of global cultures.

Fashionists from 1 to 17 years old will take the spotlight dressed in traditional garments from around the world.

“Here, fashion is more than style—it’s a medium through which we narrate our stories, our histories, and convey messages that echo unity and love,” said Dr. Krystal Chanchangi, CEO of KMWO.

Community members are invited to the Flamingo Library on May 5 at 2 p.m. to celebrate their mission of diversity and take a stand against discrimination.

The annual event is one of the many platforms through which KMWO strives to support childhood growth and cultural consciousness.
