SHEERAZ STOPS DENNY IN SECOND ROUND
He will face far sterner tests in coming months but Sheeraz did what he had to do and got his opponent out of there. A right cross got his opponent wobbling and got him to take a knee. The referee smartly stopped the fight when Denny, still on unsteady legs, got up to his feet.
BUATSI BAFFLED BY CLOSE DECISION
SHEERAZ-DENNY: ROUND 1
This looks a total mis-match, Denny is put down with a left hook in the first ten seconds. He survives the rest of the round but this shouldn’t last long.
HAMZAH SHEERAZ UP NEXT…
He takes on EBU middleweight champion Tyler Denny (19-2-3, 1 KO)
BUNCE ON DUBOIS’ COACH DRAMA
Steve Bunce has said the saying ‘there is no smoke without fire’ is relevant when it comes to stories about Daniel Dubois’ issue with cornerman Don Charles.
There have been claims of a dispute between Dubois’ father, who also works as part of the team, and Charles, but his team insisted Charles was absent due to illness.
Charles is there with Dubois tonight, but TNT Sports’ pundit believes there could be more to his absence than just illness.
“Daniel Dubois and Don Charles have a bond,” Bunce said. “We saw that in the last few fights.
“You know the saying there’s no smoke without fire….
“It will come out in the wash.”

BUATSI WINS A SPLIT DECISION!
Hutchinson takes the fight on one card 113-112, but Buatsi wins the other two 117-108 and 115-110 to take the WBO interim light-heavyweight title.
POUND-FOR-POUND KING CAN’T CALL MAIN EVENT
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 12
Both men leaving everything in the ring. Hutchinson maybe took the last but it feels too little, too late after losing two rounds 10-8 and having the point deducted as well. A fight worthy of the occasion.
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 11
A good round for Hutchinson and he maybe had the edge in that round. It is probably too late for him, but a great effort nonetheless.
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 10
Once more Buatsi had Hutchinson rocking across the ring but then as he dived in to punish his opponent, he literally dived between the top and middle rope, leaving his torso out the ring. With a smile he got back to his feet and just edged the round.
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 9
Hutchinson down again! Buatsi was in charge early, then Hutchinson was hurting him with hooks to head and body, but a body barrage from Buatsi proved most telling in the final seconds and once more the Scot took a count.
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 8
Good work from both fighters, but Buatsi’s body shots in close against the ropes probably edge the round in his favours.
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 7
Hutchinson hurt Buatsi and was landing uppercuts with his opponent against the ropes but then landed a headbutt which saw him deducted a point. Hutchinson went on to win the rest of the round, meaning it will be scored a 9-9 in all likelihood. Right at the end of the round Buatsi landed a big right hand. This is a proper fight.

BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 6
Hutchinson goes down! Huge round for Buatsi, after the Scot had the better of the first half, Buatsi piled forward and dug in body shots which saw his opponent double up and go to the canvas.
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 5
Buatsi with more good work but Hutchinson with the classier moment landing a good combination with hooks to head and body.
BENN TIPS JOSHUA TO ‘LAND BIG PUNCH’
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 4
Buatsi looks the better fighter but is not doing enough to win rounds clearly. It could be even at this point.
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 3
It is a close fight, not much between them. You can already foresee an end with both fighters holding their arms up thinking they have won.
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 2
Buatsi is landing the bigger shots when he gets in close, but he is being outworked by Hutchinson.
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON: ROUND 1
Good round from Hutchinson, landing a couple of solid straight shots. There is a trickle of blood coming from near the corner of his left eye though.
BUATSI-HUTCHINSON UP NEXT…
This one has bad blood and is for the WBO interim light-heavyweight title….
Two fighters with similar records, British champion Joshua Buatsi (18-0, 13 KOs) faces Willy Hutchinson (18-1, 13 KOs).
CACACE WINS UNANIMOUS DECISION!
The Andytown Apache won 118-110 and 117-111 (twice). Very fair scoring.
CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 12
Warrington showing great heart once more after being caught with a big uppercut. He slips over in the middle of the ring. The slippy canvas may be something they will look to address before the main event. It seems like Cacace has won, but not as clearly as Kelly did in the last fight – and we know how that was scored…
CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 11
Nice left jab, left uppercut combination from Cacace. As Richie Woodhall is saying in commentary, Warrington’s feet seem to be slowing a little.
CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 10
Warrington needs to do something if he is to turn the fight now. Maybe a left hook is his best chance, but it is hard to see him hurting Cacace.
WE ARE ABOUT TWO HOURS FROM LIAM
And what a short set it will be.

CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 9
The pace is slowing which is in Cacace’s favour as it means his eye-catching shots cannot be trumped by volume.
COULD BE FIGHT OF THE YEAR – HATTON
Ricky punching as well as he has since the Kostya Tszyu fight.
CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 8
Another close round. Good work in close from Warrington, but Cacace ended the round landing a good combination with Warrington on the ropes.
CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 7
The slower rounds are better for Cacace as he produces the harder shots. He landed with a good right uppercut and left hook which sapped Warrington’s desire to come forward.

CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 6
You have to hand it to Warrington he has come out and probably nicked this round with educated pressure in bursts, especially to the body.
CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 5
A big left hook from Cacace is the big punch from the round. Warrington took it well and replied with a good body shot but Cacace is enjoying himself and ends the round with a roar.
CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 4
A big right hand from Cacace has Warrington a little unsteady and walking away from the Andytown Apache. Warrington comes back with a good right in close but Cacace is the man who looks a lot more dangerous now. A good uppercut also hurts Warrington but the Leeds man still goes forward looking to engage. Big round for the Ulsterman though.
ACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 3
A close round, both of them having joy in their usual fashion. Cacace’s straight right hands from range and Warrington hooks to the body in close.
CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 2
Warrington’s round. He is dragging Cacace into his fight, with combat in close suiting him. A shot late in the round from Cacace showed why Warrington has to be wary though.
CACACE-WARRINGTON: ROUND 1
The power shots coming from Cacace enough to give him the opener. Warringhton with some volume of shots in close though.
CACACE-WARRINGTON UP NEXT…
Two very tough looking men with great walkout choices. Marching on Together segueing into I predict a riot for Warrington and then Zombie for the ‘AndyTown’ Apache. This is for the vacant IBO super featherweight title, Cacace’s IBF title not on the line.
LEWIS: JOSHUA LOOKS MORE FOCUSED

KELLY WINS A MAJORITY DECISION!
Kelly takes the fight 115-113 and 115-114, with the third judge having it 114-114. Astonishingly close scorecards.
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 12
Davis lands a big overhand left hand which has his corner roaring and Kelly on his bike. Another close right in close has Kelly wobbling. His nose looks like it could be broken too. Kelly was just in survival mode and defends pretty well in the last 30 seconds to hold on for victory. A big round for Davis there – could even be 10-8, but still a huge win for Kelly.
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 11
Davis lands a couple of good shots. You wouldn’t say Kelly was overly concerned but it at least keeps him honest. There’s a little blood seeping from below his left eye from a head clash.
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 10
He is a lovely counter puncher Kelly and Davis is the perfect opponent for him showcase this.
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 9
It feels you can put in the record books already an unanimous points victory. And probably 120-108 too. You would want Kelly to be able to force Davis onto the back foot if you were being picky.
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 8
A good first half of the round for Davis, landing a few body shots. Kelly reasserts his control in the latter stages with Davis falling to the canvas – albeit through a slip.
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 7
Kelly still in charge in the same manner as the last round, and the one before that, and the one before that, and…
DUBOIS HOPING FOR A ‘MESSY’ NIGHT
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 6
If anything Davis’ feet appear to be slower ashe looks to close down Kelly, making the job even easier.
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 5
Little for Davis’ team to like in that round. Kelly pitching a shut out so far.
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 4
A better round from Davis, but Kelly still probably takes it.
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 3
You feel Davis needs to do something to turn this fight around. It is all too easy for Kelly at the moment.

KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 2
“Don’t chase it,” Adam Booth shouts from the corner. He can see his man is comfortably winning and does not want to give Davis a chance.
KELLY-DAVIS: ROUND 1
Davis trying to creep close and Kelly circling him. Kelly a lot cleaner with his shots and he takes the opener.
KELLY-DAVIS NEXT…
Ishmael Davis a late replacement for Liam Smith. Davis comes out to Redemption Song, ‘Pretty Boy’ Kelly to Michael Jackson. Giving that decision to Davis.

PADLEY WINS AN UNANIMOUS DECISION!
He takes the fight 95-93 and 96-92 (twice). A huge upset in the first fight of the night.
CHAMBERLAIN-PADLEY: ROUND 10
A messy last round. Both fighters with obscured version. Chamberlain with blood pouring in his right, Padley’s left eye is swollen. A very close contest.
CHAMBERLAIN-PADLEY: ROUND 9
Chamberlain is deducted a point for foul play. He comes back with a couple of good straight lefts. We could have a big upset here though.
CHAMBERLAIN-PADLEY: ROUND 8
Padley puts Chamberlain down with a big left hook. Padley’s left eye is swelling and he was hurt with a straight left hand himself. A big round for the underdog though.
CHAMBERLAIN-PADLEY: ROUND 7
Chamberlain with the better work to take the round but he was warned by the referee sternly about his holding. “One more time and I’ll take a point,” said the man in white.
CHAMBERLAIN-PADLEY: ROUND 6
Another close round. It really is a tough bout to call. You get the feeling the close rounds will go to Chamberlain.
CHAMBERLAIN-PADLEY: ROUND 5
Padley with the better work in this round. Quick flurries in close and counter left hooks when Chamberlain failed to land his lead jabs.
CHAMBERLAIN-PADLEY: ROUND 4
The fight is not going to plan for Chamberlain at present. He is far from his usual accomplished self and the class differential between them is not that evident.
CHAMBERLAIN-PADLEY: ROUND 3
A bit of a messy round as often is the case between orthodox and southpaw fighters. An accidental headbutt looks to have caused a cut above Chamberlain’s right eye.
CHAMBERLAIN-PADLEY: ROUND 2
Much better round from Chamberlain landing his jab and straight left hand forcing Padley on the back foot throughout.
