Anytime Fitness withdraws from Weston site, building expands from 3 tenants to 4

WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – Construction is underway on what will now be a four-tenant retail space along Schofield Avenue.

Initial plans called for a three-tenant building at 2302 Schofield Ave. The location is west of Caribou Coffee. Earlier this spring two structures were torn down to make way for a newly constructed retail space.

Since Anytime Fitness pulled out, that space will be divided into two suites.

Firehouse Subs is already a confirmed tenant. NewsChannel 7 has reached out to Firehouse House Subs to learn a tentative opening date and has not yet heard back. Currently, the nearest Firehouse Subs location is in Stevens Point.
