Aparna Constructions forays into retail & entertainment industry, invests Rs 284 crore – ET RealEstate
NEW DELHI: Aparna Constructions and Estates has entered into the retail-commercial and the entertainment segments with the launch of Aparna Neo Mall and Aparna Cinemas in Hyderabad.
The company has made an investment of Rs 252 crore in Aparna Neo and an additional investment of Rs 32 crore in Aparna Cinemas.
Rakesh Reddy, director of the company said, “We also have plans for four new malls, each featuring Aparna Cinemas as the entertainment unit across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, by 2027. Meanwhile, our flagship residential real estate and commercial portfolio continues to grow by 20% and 10% respectively, year-on-year.”
Situated in Nallagandla, Aparna Neo is spread across 3.67 acres and is expected to open on May 31, 2024.
