Touro also honored dozens of 2024 scholarship recipients including Danielle Miguel, right, receiving the coveted Kaiser Permanente Health Equity Scholarship from Darryl Curry, Kaiser Permanente Senior Vice-President and Area Manager for Napa Solano Service Area.
