Bears vs. 49ers injury report: Latest updates, news for Friday

The Chicago Bears (4-8) released their final injury report ahead of Sunday’s Week 14 game against the San Francisco 49ers (5-7), and there were some big updates.

The Bears have ruled out three players for Sunday’s game against the 49ers, including running back Roschon Johnson, who remains in concussion protocol after suffering a concussion on Thanksgiving against the Detroit Lions. Guard Ryan Bates (concussion) and safety Elijah Hicks (ankle) remain sidelined again.

But there was good news. After not practicing Wednesday and Thursday, wide receiver DJ Moore (quad) and running back D’Andre Swift (quad) were limited participants on Friday, and they’re officially questionable for Sunday. The hope is both of them will be able to suit up.
