Beep beep, coming through! Oversized trailer travels through Northeast Missouri

Thousands of vehicles travel along Northeast Missouri highways each day.

On Monday morning, Heartland travelers made way for a much larger truck.

Kirksville police sent a notice just before 10 a.m. stating that an oversized trailer would be traveling west into Kirksville within the next hour, taking Baltimore Street north, then turning south onto State Highway 63 before turning east on Highway 6.

Deputy Chief Justin Jones with the Kirksville Police Department told KTVO it was a large compressor.
