“Fried fish, mac and cheese, meatloaf,” Joseph Wyatt, the co-founder said. “We do green beans, collard greens, pintos.”

With over 30 years in the business, Wyatt said it’s important for them to cater to customers’ health.

Now the restaurant is adding healthier options to the menu with the hopes of better serving the community.

“We have so many people in our community that are stricken with so many diseases, diabetes, heart disease, and we wanted something to have a healthy option,” Wyatt said. “So we wanted to make sure that we created items that gave you that flair. But also we’re healthy for you. So when you’re eating that salmon you get a lot of omega three. Good nutrients.”
