Best actor front-runners discuss their characters in Oscars roundtable

With the recent nomination announcements for the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, the Oscars are fast approaching.

In Spectrum News’ “The Envelope Roundtables” produced by LA Times Studios, acclaimed actors Colman Domingo (“Sing Sing”), Sebastian Stan (“The Apprentice,” “A Different Man”), Kieran Culkin (“A Real Pain”), Jeremy Strong (“The Apprentice”), Peter Sarsgaard (“September 5”) and Adrien Brody (“The Brutalist”) open up about their awards-caliber turns in this year’s high-profile films.

One of the most talked-about films is the 215-minute epic “The Brutalist,” which is racking up nominations, including best-actor nods for Brody. He discussed his historically significant character in the new roundtable.
