A common issue, however, that often leads to individuals giving up on the gym is the need for consistent attendance and over-crowded spaces in the new year.

Trainers and medical experts at the Woman’s Hospital and Woman’s Center for Wellness have been following these developments over the years and are encouraged to find ways to keep everyone motivated to improve their health.
