Blackpink’s Rosé Makes a Case for The All-Beige Outfit

Rosé is proving that sometimes, going out in the nude is the boldest fashion choice.

The Blackpink singer was spotted yesterday on New York City’s Upper East Side, where she stepped out in an overwhelmingly beige ensemble. Up top, she wore a square-neck Calypso tank from Bode’s fall 2024 collection, keeping the ‘60s-inspired top as the centerpiece of her outfit. Made of crocheted lamé, the tan vest was hand-appliquéd with rows of pearls, gold beads, and, most notably, bright green diamond-shaped paillettes.

Down below, her nude streak continued with a suede miniskirt, adorned with gold studs and a trailing fringe that hung from its removable belt. Rosé paired the look with a pair of thigh-high beige socks, which nearly blended in with her skin tone, before capping off her ensemble with a pair of ivory Saint Laurent penny loafers.

The singer initially styled her outfit with a slouchy, distressed MM6 leather jacket, as well as a blue crocheted Bode tote bag, the latter of which added a pop of color to her nearly monochromatic look. Later in the day, she switched up her layering strategy, changing into an oversized Kongis bomber jacket from The Row for a more structured (and more brown) look. Her accessorizing also shifted slightly, and she traded in her blue bag for an aptly-named, black Nuance shoulder bag from the cult-favorite label.

Rosé makes a strong case for the all-beige outfit, although anyone might when dressed in The Row and Bode. The Blackpink singer, however, was the first to truly master the look—which is already making its way to our fall moodboard.
