Bossier City’s new Live! Casino & Hotel Will Soon be Hiring Over 750 Local Jobs

Bossier City’s brand new Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana is aiming to fill hundreds of local jobs before they open in early 2025. Their expectation is to hire more than 750 staff members for their 2025 opening.

The new property is the first land-based casino in the Shreveport-Bossier market, and is projected to have a final building cost of roughly $270 million. It will feature over 47,000 square feet for slots and table gaming. Speaking of slots, they expect to have over 1,000 slot and electronic table gaming machines. In addition to the electronic gaming, they are planning to have more than 40 live-action table games. Plus a sportsbook, and an upscale 550-room hotel with resort pool and fitness center.

The new Live! Casino & Hotel will come with a 25,000-square-foot Event Center, an RV park with concrete pads and full hookups, structured and surface parking, and 30,000 square feet of dining and entertainment venues with exciting new food and beverage concepts.

To keep all of this running, the company needs to have a lot of employees. Which is why their launching this massive hiring campaign.

The company has started by posting jobs online (right here), and will be moving into a phase of job fairs soon. While they plan to host job fairs to fill many of these positions, they do not currently have the schedule for those published yet. Their team has indicated that those interested in applying should follow them on social media to get updates on job fair dates, times, and locations.

They do advise that all applicants do have to be 18-and-older, and all applicants (even those interested in applying at a job fair, should create an online account through their website prior to the job fairs.
