Bucky Irving is expected to be active on Sunday

Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving is dealing with a couple of injuries, but it looks like he’ll be on the field against the Chargers on Sunday.

Irving was listed as questionable to play on the team’s final injury report and multiple reports indicate that he’s expected to play. Irving is dealing with back and hip injuries.

Irving’s status was also in doubt last week, but he was in the lineup against the Raiders. Irving had a season-low five touches, however, so his presence in the lineup doesn’t guarantee he’ll be playing his usual role.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that wide receiver Sterling Shepard is also expected to play. He was listed as questionable to play with a foot injury.
