Burn Boot Camp to open fitness facility in Georgetown
The specifics
At Burn Boot Camp, participants will engage in daily workouts that focus on different areas of the body.
Workouts include metabolic conditioning, core strength and conditioning, upper body strength, bodyweight conditioning, full body strength and conditioning, and lower body strength.
The facility will feature a floating floor for shock absorption to protect joints and prevent injury, one-on-one focus meetings with trainers, specialized supplements and child care. Member benefits include complimentary child care and unlimited camps.

Prior to opening, owner Jennifer Benner is holding free pop-up camps every other Saturday in the Burn Boot Camp parking lot. Upcoming pop-up camps will be held on Aug. 24, Sept. 7, Sept. 21 and Oct. 5.
