The Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce announced that Holli VanOverbeke, director of public affairs at Flint Hills Resources, Rosemount, will assume the role of board chair on Jan. 1, succeeding Scott O. Swenson, Drake Bank. VanOverbeke also serves on the board of directors for the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, St. Paul.
