Carnival Cruise Line has added courses to its Loyalty Rocks! Learn & Earn training platform.
The platform now features more than 50 video-based courses, Carnival said. Topics include ship overviews, industry trends and social media training.
New courses were created with extensive input from program graduates, according to the cruise line.
Introduced in 2019, Learn & Earn is a program that graduates 10,000-plus travel advisors each year, Carnival said.
Travel advisors who participate receive double Loyalty Rocks! reward points for courses completed and a bonus 50 upon graduation. The points can be used for merchandise like T-shirts and gift cards.
“The travel industry, especially cruising, has experienced unprecedented growth in the past two years, and these updates to our training program will help travel advisors capitalize on the opportunity that growth presents,” said Meegan Broussard, Carnival’s senior director of trade marketing and sales communications, said in a release.
